12 (Villalobos) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1 between lines 14 and 15,

17 insert: Section 1 Subsection 6 of Section 812.014, Florida
18 Statutes is added to read: (6) A person who, individually or
19 in concert with one or more persons in commits theft under
20 this section where the stolen property has a value in excess
21 of $3,000 commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as
22 provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
