12 (Rich) recommended the following amendment to amendment

15 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
16 On page 4. between lines 15 and 16,

18 insert:
19 Section 2. For the purposes of payment to otherwise
20 noncontracted hospital providers for services rendered to
21 persons who are eligible for Medicaid and enrolled in a
22 managed care organization under chapter 409 or chapter 641,
23 Florida Statutes, the managed care organization shall
24 reimburse such providers at a rate that is equivalent to the
25 amount the Agency for Health Care Administration would pay on
26 a fee-for-service basis.
