11  Senator Fasano moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments) 
14         On page 26, between lines 12 and 13,

16  insert:  
17         (ff)  The office may establish a pilot program to offer
18  optional sinkhole coverage in one or more counties or other
19  territories of the corporation for the purpose of implementing
20  s. 627.706, as amended by s. 30 of chapter 2007-1, Laws of
21  Florida. Under the pilot program, the corporation is not
22  required to issue a notice of nonrenewal to exclude sinkhole
23  coverage upon the renewal of existing policies, but may
24  exclude such coverage using a notice of coverage change.
