13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 48, line 24, through
15            page 49, line 10, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  who submits the application to the corporation
18  made in its capacity as the corporation's agent. It is
19  acceptable to make a comparison solely of the premium with
20  respect to the main building or structure only, on the
21  following basis: the same coverage A or other building limits;
22  the same percentage hurricane deductible that applies on an
23  annual basis or that applies to each hurricane for commercial
24  residential property; the same percentage of ordinance and law
25  coverage, if the same limit is offered by both the corporation
26  and the authorized insurer; the same mitigation credits, to
27  the extent the same types of credits are offered both by the
28  corporation and the authorized insurer; the same method for
29  loss payment, such as replacement cost or actual cash value,
30  if the same method is offered both by the corporation and the
31  authorized insurer in accordance with underwriting rules; and
