  2         An act relating to Florida Gulf Coast

  3         University; creating s. 1004.386, F.S.;

  4         authorizing a bachelor of science degree

  5         program in long-term care administration;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Section 1004.386, Florida Statutes, is

11  created to read:

12         1004.386  Long-term care administration degree program

13  at Florida Gulf Coast University.--A bachelor of science

14  degree program in long-term care administration is authorized

15  at Florida Gulf Coast University.

16         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
