12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, following line 31,

17 insert:
18 Section 1. Present subsections (3) and (4) of section
19 372.16, Florida Statutes, are renumbered as subsections (4)
20 and (5), respectively, and a new subsection (3) is added to
21 that section to read:
22 372.16 Private game preserves and farms; penalty.--
23 (3) A person may not operate, provide, sell, or use or
24 offer to operate, provide, sell, or use any computer software
25 or Internet site that allows a person to remotely kill a live
26 mammal from a remote location.
