11  The Committee on Judiciary (Geller) recommended the following
12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 31, line 9, through
16            page 32, line 8, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         Section 29.  Subsection (6) of section 713.901, Florida
20  Statutes, is amended to read:
21         713.901  Florida Uniform Federal Lien Registration
22  Act.--
23         (6)  FEES.--
24         (a)  The charges or fees of the Secretary of State,
25  with respect to a notice or certificate filed under this
26  section, or for searching records with respect thereto, are:
27         1.  For filing a notice of lien, which fee shall
28  include the cost of filing a certificate of release or
29  nonstatement for said notice of lien, $25.
30         2.  For indexing of each additional debtor or secured
31  party, $3.

 6         6.  For filing a refiled notice of federal lien, $12.
 7         7.  For filing any other document required or permitted
 8  or be filed under this act. $12.
 9         8.  For certifying any record, $10 shall be the same as
10  prescribed in s. 15.091.
11         (b)  The charges or fees of the clerks of the circuit
12  court with respect to a notice or certificate filed under this
13  section shall be the same as prescribed in s. 28.24, relating
14  to instruments recorded in the official records.
