  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to higher education; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise laws relating

  4         to the commercialization of university

  5         research; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  relating to the commercialization of university research.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
