11 The Committee on Regulated Industries (King) recommended the
12 following amendment to amendment (585068):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page ...7, between lines 24 and 25,

17 insert:
18 Section 7. Subsection (4) is added to section 497.273,
19 Florida Statutes, to read:
20 (4) Nothing in this chapter prohibits the interment
21 or entombment of the inurned cremated animal remains of the
22 decedent's pet or pets with the decedent's human remains or
23 cremated human remains, provided that:
24 (a) The human remains or created human remains are not
25 commingled with the inurned cremated animal remains; and
26 (b) The interment or entombment with the inurned
27 cremated animal remains is with the authorization of the
28 decedent or other legally authorized person.
