2 An act relating to the Town of
3 Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and the Village of Sea
4 Ranch Lakes, Broward County; amending chapter
5 2004-446, Laws of Florida; clarifying and
6 delineating the corporate limits of the Town of
7 Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and the Village of Sea
8 Ranch Lakes to include specified lands within
9 said corporate limits; providing an effective
10 date.

12 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
13
14 Section 1. Sections 1 and 2 of chapter 2004-446, Laws
15 of Florida, are amended to read:
16 Section 1. The present corporate limits of the Town of
17 Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Broward County, Florida, are amended as
18 follows:

20 Beginning at the intersection of the south
21 boundary line of Section 7, Township 49 South,
22 Range 43 East with the centerline of the
23 Intracoastal Waterway (Florida East Coast
24 Canal), the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE in a
25 northerly direction along the centerline of the
26 Intracoastal Waterway to the intersection of
27 said centerline with a line located twenty-five
28 (25) feet south of and parallel to the north
29 line of Section 7, Township 49 South, Range 43
30 East; THENCE in an easterly direction along a
31 line located twenty-five (25) feet south of and

1 parallel to the north line of said Section 7 to
2 the intersection of said line with the east
3 right-of-way line of the Intracoastal Waterway;

11 Florida; THENCE in an easterly direction along
12 the south line of said Lot 1, Block 16 to the
13 southeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 16;
14 THENCE in a northerly direction along the east
15 line of said Lot 1, Block 16 to the
16 intersection of said east line with the
17 westerly extension of the south line of Block
18 12 of said TERRA MAR ISLAND ESTATES, SECOND
19 ADDITION; THENCE in an easterly direction along
20 the westerly extension of the south line of
