28Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

30     Section 1.  Judge William T. Swigert Bridge designated;
31Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
32     (1)  The bridge over the railroad tracks on U.S. Highway
3327/301/441/State Road 25 between N.W. 3rd Street and N.W. 8th
34Street in the City of Ocala in Marion County is designated as
35"Judge William T. Swigert Bridge."
36     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
37suitable markers designating Judge William T. Swigert Bridge as
38described in subsection (1).
39     Section 2.  John F. Cosgrove Highway designated; Department
40of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
41     (1)  That portion of State Road 821, the Florida Turnpike
42Homestead Extension, between exit 16 at S.W. 152nd Street and
43exit 11 at S.W. 216th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated
44as "John F. Cosgrove Highway."
45     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
46suitable markers designating John F. Cosgrove Highway as
47described in subsection (1).
48     Section 3.  Arnold M. Velazquez Boulevard designated;
49Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
50     (1)  That portion of State Road 968/W. Flagler Street
51between 72nd Avenue and 67th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is
52designated as "Arnold M. Velazquez Boulevard."
53     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
54suitable markers designating Arnold M. Velazquez Boulevard as
55described in subsection (1).
56     Section 4.  Marilyn Culp Way designated; Department of
57Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
58     (1)  That portion of Coral Way between S.W. 31st Avenue and
59S.W. 25th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as "Marilyn
60Culp Way."
61     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
62suitable markers designating Marilyn Culp Way as described in
63subsection (1).
64     Section 5.  Dr. Leonard Cherdack Memorial Highway
65designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
66markers.--
67     (1)  That portion of State Road 94/N. Kendall Drive between
68S.W. 107th Avenue and S.W. 87th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is
69designated as "Dr. Leonard Cherdack Memorial Highway."
70     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
71suitable markers designating Dr. Leonard Cherdack Memorial
72Highway as described in subsection (1).
73     Section 6.  Athalie Range Boulevard designated; Department
74of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
75     (1)  That portion of Biscayne Boulevard/U.S. Highway
761/State Road 5 between N.E. 54th Street and N.E. 96th Street in
77Miami-Dade County is designated as "Athalie Range Boulevard."
78     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
79suitable markers designating Athalie Range Boulevard as
80described in subsection (1).
81     Section 7.  Sigmund Zilber Memorial Highway designated;
82Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
83     (1)  That portion of Biscayne Boulevard/U.S. Highway 1
84between N.E. 135th St. and N.E. 151st St. in Miami-Dade County
85is designated as "Sigmund Zilber Memorial Highway."
86     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
87suitable markers designating Sigmund Zilber Memorial Highway as
88described in subsection (1).
89     Section 8.  Rick Ricciardelli Bridge designated; Department
90of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
91     (1)  The bridge across Memorial Canal on N.E. 125th Street
92near Griffing Boulevard in the City of North Miami in Miami-Dade
93County is designated as "Rick Ricciardelli Bridge."
94     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
95suitable markers designating Rick Ricciardelli Bridge as
96described in subsection (1).
97     Section 9.  Raul L. Martinez/Jose Abreu Highway designated;
98Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
99     (1)  That portion of Okeechobee Road, U.S. Highway 27/State
100Road 25, between W. 12th Street and W. 19th Street in Miami-Dade
101County is designated as "Raul L. Martinez/Jose Abreu Highway."
102     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
103suitable markers designating Raul L. Martinez/Jose Abreu Highway
104as described in subsection (1).
105     Section 10.  Robert L. Blum Bridge designated; Department
106of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
107     (1)  The bridge on W. 41st Street that crosses Indian Creek
108in the City of Miami Beach in Miami-Dade County is designated as
109"Robert L. Blum Bridge."
110     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
111suitable markers designating Robert L. Blum Bridge as described
112in subsection (1).
113     Section 11.  Angel Manuel De La Portilla Way designated;
114Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
115     (1)  That portion of S.W. 12th Avenue between Coral Way and
116S.W. 8th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated as "Angel
117Manuel De La Portilla Way."
118     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
119suitable markers designating Angel Manuel De La Portilla Way as
120described in subsection (1).
121     Section 12.  Dennis Pastrana Avenue designated; Department
122of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
123     (1)  That portion of N.W. 21st Avenue between N.W. 20th
124Street and N.W. 23rd Street in Miami-Dade County is designated
125as "Dennis Pastrana Avenue."
126     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
127suitable markers designating Dennis Pastrana Avenue as described
128in subsection (1).
129     Section 13.  Luis Conte Aguero Way designated; Department
130of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
131     (1)  That portion of 27th Avenue between Coral Way and S.W.
1328th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated as "Luis Conte
133Aguero Way."
134     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
135suitable markers designating Luis Conte Aguero Way as described
136in subsection (1).
137     Section 14.  Estrella Rubio Way designated; Department of
138Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
139     (1)  That portion of Le Jeune Road/S.W. 42nd Avenue between
140S.W. 8th Street and Coral Way in Miami-Dade County is designated
141as "Estrella Rubio Way."
142     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
143suitable markers designating Estrella Rubio Way as described in
144subsection (1).
145     Section 15.  Rafael Diaz Balart Road designated; Department
146of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
147     (1)  That portion of Le Jeune Road/S.W. 42nd Avenue between
148Flagler Street and S.W. 8th Street in Miami-Dade County is
149designated as "Rafael Diaz Balart Road."
150     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
151suitable markers designating Rafael Diaz Balart Road as
152described in subsection (1).
153     Section 16.  Ambassador Armando Valladares Drive
154designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
155markers.--
156     (1)  That portion of N. Kendall Drive between S.W. 117th
157Avenue and S.W. 127th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated
158as "Ambassador Armando Valladares Drive."
159     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
160suitable markers designating Ambassador Armando Valladares Drive
161as described in subsection (1).
162     Section 17.  Fred Havenick Way designated; Department of
163Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
164     (1)  That portion of N.W. 2nd Terrace between N.W. 37th
165Avenue and N.W. 38th Court in Miami-Dade County is designated as
166"Fred Havenick Way."
167     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
168suitable markers designating Fred Havenick Way as described in
169subsection (1).
170     Section 18.  Aristides Sastre honored; Department of
171Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
172     (1)  The corner of W. Flagler Street/State Road 968 and Le
173June Road/State Road 953 in Miami-Dade County is dedicated to
174the memory of Aristides Sastre.
175     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
176suitable markers in honor of Aristides Sastre as described in
177subsection (1).
178     Section 19.  Isadore Hecht Street designated; Department of
179Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
180     (1)  That portion of N.W. 7th Street between N.W. 37th
181Avenue and N.W. 38th Court in Miami-Dade County is designated as
182"Isadore Hecht Street."
183     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
184suitable markers designating Isadore Hecht Street as described
185in subsection (1).
186     Section 20.  Kevin John Fischer Memorial Highway
187designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
188markers.--
189     (1)  That portion of Interstate 95 between State Road 400
190and State Road 600 in Volusia County is designated as "Kevin
191John Fischer Memorial Highway."
192     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
193suitable markers designating Kevin John Fischer Memorial Highway
194as described in subsection (1).
195     Section 21.  David Bogan Bridge designated; Department of
196Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
197     (1)  The bridge on Interstate 10, State Road 8, that
198crosses Escambia Bay in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties is
199designated as "David Bogan Bridge."
200     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
201suitable markers designating David Bogan Bridge as described in
202subsection (1).
203     Section 22.  Curtis Golden Boulevard designated; Department
204of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
205     (1)  That portion of State Road 191 from the intersection
206of Garcon Point Road and Forsythe Street in the City of Bagdad
207south to the intersection of Avalon Boulevard/State Road 281 in
208Santa Rosa County is designated as "Curtis Golden Boulevard."
209     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
210suitable markers designating Curtis Golden Boulevard as
211described in subsection (1).
212     Section 23.  Ed Holt Boulevard designated; Department of
213Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
214     (1)  That portion of State Road 15/115 between Phoenix
215Avenue and Boulevard Street in Duval County is designated as "Ed
216Holt Boulevard."
217     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
218suitable markers designating Ed Holt Boulevard as described in
219subsection (1).
220     Section 24.  Moses Baker Boulevard designated; Department
221of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
222     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 1/State Road 15/115
223between North Myrtle Avenue and Fairfax Street in Duval County
224is designated as "Moses Baker Boulevard."
225     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
226suitable markers designating Moses Baker Boulevard as described
227in subsection (1).
228     Section 25.  C.D. Kinsey Street designated; Department of
229Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
230     (1)  That portion of Beaver Street between Stockton Street
231and Edgewood Avenue in Duval County is designated as "C.D.
232Kinsey Street."
233     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
234suitable markers designating C.D. Kinsey Street as described in
235subsection (1).
236     Section 26.  Lawrence Callahan Highway designated;
237Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
238     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Redpoll Avenue
239and Soutel Drive/County Road 115A in Duval County is designated
240as "Lawrence Callahan Highway."
241     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
242suitable markers designating Lawrence Callahan Highway as
243described in subsection (1).
244     Section 27.  Bernard Wilkes Highway designated; Department
245of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
246     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between Richardson Road
247and Soutel Drive/County Road 115A in Duval County is designated
248as "Bernard Wilkes Highway."
249     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
250suitable markers designating Bernard Wilkes Highway as described
251in subsection (1).
252     Section 28.  Sarah Hayes Rice Road designated; Department
253of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
254     (1)  That portion of Lem Turner Road between Rowe Avenue
255and Interstate 95 in Duval County is designated as "Sarah Hayes
256Rice Road."
257     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
258suitable markers designating Sarah Hayes Rice Road as described
259in subsection (1).
260     Section 29.  James Weldon Johnson Memorial Highway
261designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
262markers.--
263     (1)  That portion of Interstate 95 southbound from Dunn
264Avenue to the Interstate 10 interchange and Interstate 10
265eastbound from Lane Avenue to Interstate 95 in Duval County is
266designated as "James Weldon Johnson Memorial Highway."
267     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
268suitable markers designating James Weldon Johnson Memorial
269Highway as described in subsection (1).
270     Section 30.  Carlin White Bridge designated; Department of
271Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
272     (1)  The bridge on U.S. Highway 1 that crosses the
273Loxahatchee River at the inlet in the cities of Jupiter and
274Tequesta in Palm Beach County is designated as "Carlin White
275Bridge."
276     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
277suitable markers designating Carlin White Bridge as described in
278subsection (1).
279     Section 31.  Senator Richard H. Langley Memorial
280Interchange designated; Department of Transportation to erect
281suitable markers.--
282     (1)  The interchange of the Florida Turnpike and State Road
28350 West near the Town of Oakland in Orange County is designated
284as "Senator Richard H. Langley Memorial Interchange."
285     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
286suitable markers designating Senator Richard H. Langley Memorial
287Interchange as described in subsection (1).
288     Section 32.  George W. Harris, Jr. Boulevard designated;
289Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
290     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 98/State Road 35/700 in
291Polk County between Main Street in Bartow and Main Street in
292Lakeland is designated as "George W. Harris, Jr. Boulevard."
293     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
294suitable markers designating George W. Harris, Jr. Boulevard as
295described in subsection (1).
296     Section 33.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
