14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 25, between lines 10 and 11,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 8.  From the funds appropriated to the My Safe
19  Florida Home Program by section 42 of Chapter 2006-12, Laws of
20  Florida, the Department of Financial Services shall transfer
21  $1 million from the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund to the
22  Energy Consumption Trust Fund within the Department of
23  Community Affairs for the purpose of funding the Low-income
24  Emergency Home Repair Program under s. 420.36, Florida
25  Statutes. Notwithstanding section 420.36(3)(b), Florida
26  Statutes, administrative expenses of the program may not
27  exceed 5 percent of the total funds appropriated by this
28  section.
