| 4 | Remove lines 99-181 and insert: |
| 5 | Section 2. Subsection (3) of section 206.46, Florida |
| 6 | Statutes, is amended to read: |
| 7 | 206.46 State Transportation Trust Fund.-- |
| 8 | (3) Each fiscal year, a minimum of 13 15 percent of all |
| 9 | state revenues deposited into the State Transportation Trust |
| 10 | Fund shall be committed annually by the department for public |
| 11 | transportation projects in accordance with chapter 311, ss. |
| 12 | 332.003-332.007, chapter 341, and chapter 343, and 2 percent of |
| 13 | all state revenues deposited into the State Transportation Trust |
| 14 | Fund shall be committed annually by the department to be |
| 15 | distributed equally to regional transportation authorities |
| 16 | created on or before July 1, 2007, pursuant to chapter 343. |
| 17 | Section 3. Section 215.615, Florida Statutes, is repealed. |
