17 Section 10. Section 655.967, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 655.967 State-funded endowments.--Notwithstanding any
20 other provision of law, a state-mandated endowment funded
21 through a general appropriations act prior to 1990 may be
22 maintained in trust accounts in financial institutions.
