DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 1907:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1907, $6,500,000 shall be
used for Consolidated Solid Waste Management Grants in counties with a
population of less than 100,000 to support waste tire, litter
prevention, recycling and education, and general solid waste management
programs; $2,941,932 shall be used for Innovative Grants; and $500,000
shall be used for the Old Town Landfill Reclamation project.
and insert in lieu thereof:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1907, $6,500,000 shall be
