12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 38, between lines 27 and 28,

17 insert:
18 Section 15. Subsection (14) is added to section
19 163.3191, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 163.3191 Evaluation and appraisal of comprehensive
21 plan.--
22 (14) The prohibition on plan amendments in paragraph
23 (10) does not apply to a proposed plan amendment adopted by a
24 local government for purposes of integrating a port master
25 plan with the local plan, pursuant to s. 163.3178(2)(k), if
26 the port master plan or the proposed plan amendment does not
27 cause or contribute to the local government's failure to
28 comply with the requirements of the evaluation and appraisal
29 report.
