17         Section 5.  Notwithstanding the provisions of s.
18  1001.42(4)(f), Florida Statutes, an exemption is provided for
19  the 2007-2008 school year for school districts that had an
20  extended school year in existence during the 2005-2006 and
21  2006-2007 school years for schools identified in need of
22  improvement.
