| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 10 | Section 1. Chapters 28946 (1953), 30626 (1955), 57-1196, |
| 11 | 61-1964, 63-1169, and 63-1179, Laws of Florida, are repealed. |
| 12 | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
