Center and Research Institute; repealing s. 1004.445,

F.S., pertaining to the creation and operation of the

Alzheimer's Center and Research Institute; providing an

effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Section 1004.445, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
