| 7 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 8 |

| 9 | Section 1. Section 3 of article VI of chapter 74-570, Laws |
| 10 | of Florida, as amended by chapter 99-457, Laws of Florida, is |
| 11 | amended to read: |
| 12 | ARTICLE VI. ORGANIZATION AND COMPENSATION OF BOARD OF |
| 13 | COMMISSIONERS.-- |
| 14 | Section 3. Salaries of commissioners.--The salary of each |
| 15 | commissioner, regardless of the office that he or she shall |
| 16 | hold, shall be $19,000 nine thousand five hundred dollars |
| 17 | ($9,500) per annum, payable in monthly installments. |
| 18 | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
