and insert:

owners or drivers of commercial motor vehicles, and vehicles that

transport railroad employees within this state, which that are

9

engaged in intrastate commerce are subject to the rules and

10

regulations contained in 49 C.F.R. parts 382, 385, and 390-397,

11

with the exception of 49 C.F.R. s. 390.5 as it relates to the

12

definition of bus, as such rules and regulations existed on

13

October 1, 2007 2005. In addition, vehicles that transport

14

railroad employees within this state are subject to the rules and

15

regulations of 49 C.F.R. part 387.
