     (11) The commission shall establish a renewable energy

9

portfolio standard that requires utilities to generate or

10

purchase a specified percentage of their electrical power from

11

renewable energy resources located within the state. Municipal

12

and cooperative utilities that are exempt from the Florida Energy

13

Efficiency and Conservation Act shall submit an annual report to

14

the commission identifying the respective percentage of their

15

electrical power that is generated or purchased from such

16

renewable energy resources. The commission may adopt rules to

17

administer this subsection.
