3     Amendment to Amendment (615905) (with title amendment)
4     Between lines 1988 and 1989, insert:
5     Section 48.  Subsection (15) is added to section 311.125,
6Florida Statutes, to read:
7     311.125  Uniform Port Access Credential System.--
8     (15)  Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the
9Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles may designate
10the United States Transportation Security Administration's
11Transportation Worker Identification Credential card as the
12Uniform Port Access Credential Card. The department may set and
13collect a fee for entering a Transportation Worker
14Identification Credential cardholder into the Uniform Port
15Access Credential System. This fee may not exceed the actual
16cost to the department. The department is granted rulemaking
17authority to implement the provisions of this section. The
18department may develop an affidavit which may be required for
19criminal history checks pursuant to s. 311.12.
