     On line(s) 72, after the period,

insert:

This subsection does not restrict or limit a charter county from

8

conducting electronic tax deed sales. In a charter county where

9

the clerk of the circuit court does not conduct all-electronic

10

sales, the charter county may receive electronic deposits and

11

payments related to the sales such charter county conducts and

12

may subject the winning bidder to a fee consistent with the

13

schedule in s. 28.24(10).

insert:

providing that a charter county is not restricted or

county conducts and impose a fee on the winning bidder, if

25

the clerk of the circuit court does not conduct all-

electronic sales;
