and insert:

     (7)(a) After receiving the application and the economic

8

impact assessment, the director of the Office of Tourism, Trade,

9

and Economic Development, in consultation with Space Florida,

10

shall recommend approval or disapproval of each proposed project.

11

When recommending a project to the Governor, the director of the

12

Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development shall include

13

proposed performance conditions that the project must meet in

14

order to obtain program funding.
