The Committee on Health Regulation (Jones) recommended the

following amendment:

     Delete line(s) 258 - 261

and insert: disciplinary proceedings by the agency, Department

7

of Health, or the appropriate regulatory board. The agency may

8

investigate, as it deems appropriate, any such incident and

9

prescribe measures that must or may be taken in response to the

10

incident. The agency shall forward a copy of the report to the

11

Department of Health. The
