1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Department of Transportation;
3	repealing chapter 85-364, Laws of Florida, as amended,
4	relating to the collection of tolls on the Pinellas
5	Bayway and the use of toll revenues; providing an
6	effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1.  Chapter 85-364, Laws of Florida, as amended
11	by chapter 95-382, Laws of Florida, is repealed.
12	Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a
