Reallocates water project funds by reducing $905,000 
from the Lower St. Johns River Basin Initiative to 
provide $250,000 for the Central Island Stormwater 
project, $500,000 for the City of Miami Beach 
Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement project, and 
$155,000 for the Miami Dade NE 190 Street Drainage 
Improvements project.
