Funds provided in Specific Appropriation 124 for North Florida Community 
College are contingent upon the college transferring the remaining 
balance of the 2006-07 nonrecurring appropriation for the Green 
Industries Institute and any earned income balance related to the Green 
Industries Institute to Tallahassee Community College.
