insert:

     Section 26.  Paragraph (i) is added to subsection (6) of

8

section 163.387, Florida Statutes, to read:

9

     163.387  Redevelopment trust fund.--

10

     (6)  Moneys in the redevelopment trust fund may be expended

11

from time to time for undertakings of a community redevelopment

12

agency as described in the community redevelopment plan for the

13

following purposes, including, but not limited to:

14

     (i) The provision of law enforcement services, fire rescue

15

services, or emergency medical services if the community

16

redevelopment area has been in existence for at least 5 years.
