| 5 | Section 22. Any Department of Environmental Protection |
| 6 | notice of intent to issue or other proposed action by the |
| 7 | Department of Environmental Protection occurring prior to June |
| 8 | 1, 2008, shall proceed to final issuance or agency action under |
| 9 | the rules of the Department of Environmental Protection that |
| 10 | were in place at the time of the notice of intent to issue or at |
| 11 | the time the other action was proposed, subject to all |
| 12 | administrative proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes, |
| 13 | notwithstanding any new amendments to Florida Statutes made |
| 14 | after January 1, 2008. |
