| 4 | Remove lines 18-29 and insert: |
| 5 | (15) The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles |
| 6 | may accept a Transportation Security Administration's |
| 7 | Transportation Worker Identification Credential card in lieu of |
| 8 | the Uniform Port Access Credential Card required under this |
| 9 | section. For purposes of s. 311.12, state seaports shall accept |
| 10 | the criminal history and security threat assessment conducted on |
| 11 | individuals holding a valid Transportation Worker Identification |
| 12 | Credential card as sufficient to authorize unescorted access to |
| 13 | a seaport or restricted access area. The department may set and |
| 14 | collect a fee for entering a Transportation Worker |
| 15 | Identification Credential cardholder into the Uniform Port |
| 16 | Access Credential System. The fee may not exceed the |
| 17 | department's actual cost. |
