3     Amendment (with ballot and title amendments)
4     Remove lines 43-54 and insert:
5collected by counties, municipalities, and special districts on
6any parcel of real property shall not, when combined, exceed 1
7percent of the parcel's highest taxable value. The term "taxable
8value" refers to the value of real property to which millage
9rates are applied. The Legislature shall provide by general law
10for the distribution of tax revenues derived from parcels for
11which the combined ad valorem tax levies exceed 1 percent of the
12parcel's highest taxable value. This subsection does not apply
13to ad valorem taxes levied for the payment of bonds issued
14pursuant to section 12 of this article or levied for periods not
15longer than two years when authorized by a vote of the electors.

19     Remove lines 62-66 and insert:
20real property shall not exceed 1 percent of the highest taxable
21value of the property, apply the property tax limit to all
22property taxes except school district levies and property taxes
23approved by voters, and provide for distribution of revenue from
24parcels that have reached the 1-percent limit by general law.
