       Senator Joyner moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1930 and 1931
    4  insert:
    5         Section 38. Part III of chapter 343, Florida Statutes,
    6  consisting of sections 343.71, 343.72, 343.73, 343.74, 343.75,
    7  343.76, and 343.77, is repealed. Any assets or liabilities of
    8  the Tampa Bay Commuter Transit Authority are transferred to the
    9  Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority as created
   10  under s. 343.92.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 139
   15  and insert:
   16         “agency”; repealing part III of ch. 343 F.S., relating
   17         to the Tampa Bay Commuter Transit Authority;
   18         transferring any assets to the Tampa Bay Area Regional
   19         Transportation Authority; providing effective dates.
