       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 19
    4  and insert:

    6         s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. It does not
    7  constitute a defense to a prosecution for a violation of this
    8  subsection that the accused did not know the age of the victim.
