    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to water and wastewater; expressing
    3         the legislative intent to revise laws relating to
    4         water and wastewater; providing an effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7         
    8         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
    9  to water and wastewater.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
