       Senator Gelber moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 27
    4  and insert:
    5  filed rate if such rate does not result in an increase in
    6  premium greater than 12 percent to any single policyholder.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 5
   11  and insert:
   12  rate under certain conditions; prohibiting the consideration of
   13  certain policies
