    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (254586) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 50 - 77
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) The insurer shall place its reinsurance, other than
    6  reinsurance purchased from the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe
    7  Fund, only with reinsurers that have been given a financial
    8  strength rating of “A” or better by the A.M. Best Company or
    9  have been given a comparable rating by another rating agency
   10  which is generally considered accurate or acceptable.
