       The Committee on Judiciary (Fasano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 64 - 67
    4  and insert:
    5  compensation for such service. However, governmental entities
    6  may reimburse the travel and per diem expenses of workgroup
    7  members employed by governmental entities as provided in s.
    8  112.061, Florida Statutes. Private employers may reimburse the
    9  per diem and travel expenses of workgroup members employed by
   10  private employers pursuant to the employer's own travel
   11  reimbursement policies.
