    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to elder affairs; expressing the
    3         legislative intent to revise laws relating to elder
    4         affairs; providing an effective date.
    5         
    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7         
    8         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
    9  to elder affairs.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
