       Senator Dockery moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 60 and 61
    4  insert:
    5         (d) For the purposes of this subsection, the term
    6  “caregiver” is limited to parents, legal custodians, permanent
    7  guardians, or foster parents; employees of a residential home,
    8  institution, facility, or agency at which the child resides; and
    9  other individuals legally responsible for a child’s welfare in a
   10  residential setting.
