       The Committee on Health and Human Services Appropriations
       (Peaden) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 144 - 148
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) Nursing home quality assessment fees received from
    6  Medicaid providers shall be deposited into the Grants and
    7  Donations Trust Fund and used for purposes established by law
    8  and the General Appropriations Act.
