       The Committee on Judiciary (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 48 - 49
    4  and insert:
    5  5. These exemptions apply to any inventory or accounting filed
    6  before, on, or after July 1, 2009.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 4 - 7
   11  and insert:
   12  an estate inventory to inspection; creating exemptions from
   13  public-records requirements for certain estate inventories and
   14  accountings; requiring custodians to disclose certain
   15  inventories or accountings to certain persons or by court order;
   16  providing retroactive application; providing for review and
   17  repeal of the exemptions under the Open Government
