    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to due process services; expressing
    3         the legislative intent to revise laws relating to the
    4         provision of due process services; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8         
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to the provision of due process services.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
