       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 260 - 268
    4  and insert:
    5         (a)1. Is certified by the Secretary of the United States
    6  Department of the Treasury as a qualified community development
    7  entity under 26 U.S.C. s. 45D; and
    8         2. Has entered into, or is controlled by an entity that has
    9  entered into, an allocation agreement with the Community
   10  Development Financial Institutions Fund of the United States
   11  Department of the Treasury with respect to tax credits under 26
   12  U.S.C. s. 45D and is authorized to serve businesses in this
   13  state under the agreement; or
   14         (b) Is Enterprise Florida, Inc., or an entity created by
   15  Enterprise Florida, Inc.
