    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 165
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Zero-tolerance policies do not require the reporting
    6

    8         And the title is amended as follows:
    9         Delete lines 21 - 22
   10  and insert:
   11         safety; providing that zero-tolerance policies do not
   12  require the reporting of petty acts of misconduct
