    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 68 - 72
    4  and insert:
    5         valued at $300 or more, that is taken from a facility
    6  licensed under chapter 395 or from an aircraft or vehicle
    7  permitted under chapter 401; or
    8         4. The property stolen is law enforcement equipment, valued
    9  at  $300 or more, that is taken from an authorized emergency
