       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 146 - 149
    4  and insert:
    5  administering the ordinance or regulation. Registration and
    6  bonding of a mover or moving broker in such ordinances may only
    7  be required when the principal place of business is located
    8  within that jurisdiction.
