       The Committee on Community Affairs (Ring) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 67 - 71
    4  and insert:
    5         2. Upon approval of the governing body of a charter county,
    6  the tax collector of a charter county shall accept three, six,
    7  or nine equal payments that add up to the total amount of taxes
    8  specified in the tax notice from the date of the delinquency.
