       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 Appropriations (Siplin)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 86 - 91
    4  and insert:
    5  the council four five members representing sponsors of joint
    6  employee organizations and four five members representing
    7  sponsors of nonjoint employer organizations. Each of these eight
    8  members member shall represent industries that have registered
    9  apprenticeship programs. The Governor shall also appoint two
   10  public members who are knowledgeable about registered
   11  apprenticeship
